Crack It provides an AI-powered interview preparation and practice platform that helps users rehearse and improve their answers to technical interview questions. The Service is offered on a credit and subscription basis as described on our Pricing page.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

• Paid plans are billed at the price and interval shown at checkout. Credits are allocated per the plan you purchase.
• Monthly plan credits are valid for the billing cycle and do not carry over unless stated otherwise.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay / Cashfree). Credits are activated only after a successful, verified payment.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable rules, exam policies, or agreements you are bound by.
• Use the Service during a live interview, assessment, or examination where outside assistance is not permitted, or in any way that misrepresents your own knowledge or abilities to an employer.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or credits without our permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for ensuring your use complies with the rules of any interview, employer, or examination you participate in.

All software, branding, and content of the Service are owned by Crack It and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including job or interview results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crack It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
